Meet Sandy

Sandy Rush is the Human Resources Manager at Yuma Investment Group. A Yuma native, Sandy was in the first graduating class of Cibola High School and formerly reigned as Miss Yuma County.

She is a graduate of Arizona Western College and Northern Arizona University with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. She taught third grade at Ronald Reagan School before becoming a full-time stay-at-home mom to raise her four children with her husband, Tom. Sandy has quietly worked in the background as Yuma Investment Group’s bookkeeper since YIG opened its doors in 2001 and more recently took on the role of Human Resources Manager in 2020.

Sandy is a member of PEO, CJ Chapter. She enjoys singing, traveling, spending time with her family, and hanging out with their two dogs, Spike and Lola.
